Processing & Handling Time

We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible. Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order for shipment and does not include shipping transit time. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

International Shipping

WE OFFER SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

Customs

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, orders may already be in processing and changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

If a shipping address change is requested after the order has shipped, Clairiss is not responsible for delays or incorrect deliveries.

Order Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you need assistance tracking your order, please contact us.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Clairiss is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. If you need help, feel free to reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, shipping delays can occur due to factors beyond our control (such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays). We appreciate your understanding and patience.
